Processing Time

Custom or made-to-order items may require additional processing time depending on complexity. Estimated timelines will be communicated when applicable.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Package size

  • Weight

  • Destination

  • Selected shipping speed

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

  • International Shipping: 7–21 business days (varies by location)

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your shipment.


Shipping Delays

Dimension Studio Co. is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Carrier issues

  • Weather

  • Incorrect shipping information provided at checkout

If a delay occurs, we’ll help you work with the carrier whenever possible.


Incorrect Addresses

Please verify your shipping address before placing your order.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address:

  • Customer is responsible for reshipping costs

  • Refunds will exclude shipping charges


Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 7 days

  • Provide photos of packaging and product

We will work quickly to resolve the issue.

If a package is marked delivered but not received, contact the carrier first, then contact us for assistance.
